Freedom Hearing Center is thrilled to be hosting a 3rd year student that is in the Doctor of Audiology program at Towson University. Her name is Laura Owens, and she completed her Bachelors of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders at California University of Pennsylvania in 2017. Ms. Owens is a local from Huntingtown, MD who loves spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite season of the year is summer when she can spend a day out on the water and have a crab feast for dinner. She is very passionate about audiology and promoting hearing health in all aspects of the field. She is excited for the opportunity to complete her summer internship with Dr. Gina Diaz at Freedom Hearing Centers. Please give a big warm welcome to Ms. Owens when you see her!
