In light of the current state of emergency in Maryland, Freedom Hearing Center, LLC will be taking precautions to protect our staff and patients from the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
First and foremost, we want you to know that we plan to remain open for all appointments and services during this time unless local officials advise otherwise. If it becomes necessary to change our operating hours, we will communicate this via another email update, post it on Facebook, and post it on our website.
For anyone coming into any of our offices, please know that staff members are actively cleaning and sanitizing high touch places such as doorknobs, desks, tables, chairs, and testing equipment. For the time being, we will limit personal contact with our patients and refrain from handshaking and hugging. To help prevent the spread of the virus, we ask that our patients and staff keep in mind the basics:

In the event that a patient or staff member contracts COVID-19, the affected office will be closed in order to clean and disinfect all surfaces. Any patient on the schedule for that office will be contacted to reschedule.
We ask that if you have a scheduled appointment and exhibit symptoms such as a fever, cough, body aches and/or fatigue please call and reschedule your appointment.
